From their Peckham, South London studio, bladesmiths Jon Warshawsky, James Ross-Harris and Richard Warner design and forge chef knives by hand, exclusively from house-made san mai steels. Informed by Japanese blade styles and production techniques, each knife is built for daily use in the hands of working chefs and home cooks alike, and feature hidden tang handle construction and high-performance carbon steel. Final blade geometry is achieved with traditional stone grinding wheels to produce hard, sharp edges thin enough to slice with the utmost precision and strong enough for the most demanding cuts. Innovative and passionate, the Blenheim Forge team continually develops new custom san mai steels, processes, and styles, helping to set the bar in cutlery craftsmanship.
