Innovative and passionate, the Blenheim Forge team is helping to raise the bar in cutlery craftsmanship. Working out of their South London studio, bladesmiths Jon Warshawsky, James Ross-Harris and Richard Warner design and forge chef knives by hand, continually developing new custom san-mai steels, processes and designs. Japanese blade styles and production techniques inform each knife, from the hidden tang handle construction to the traditional stone-grinding wheels used to hone the blade’s geometry. The result is hard, sharp edges that are thin enough for slicing with the utmost precision and strong enough for the most demanding cuts, making Blenheim Forge knives essential additions to every kitchen.
